The Norwalk High School Marching Band

Assembly Line 2007

The music for this year’s show is from Urban Dances by Richard Danielspour, Dreadnought by Jeffrey Brooks, and Machine by William Bolcom. It is arranged for Norwalk High School by Michael Klesch, Jeff Smith and Kevin Lowery. Show concept by Kevin Lowery and Jackie Kelly. Percussion arrangements are by Richard Hammond. The drill design is by Jeff Smith.

The theme of this year’s field show is “Assembly Line”. The show has four distinction sections:

The Work Day
The daily druggery of going to work

On the Line
Working on an assembly

Daydream
Daydreaming during work

Malfunction
The machine malfunctions because of
the operator not focusing on the job.
